About the event
Join us in our beautiful art studio where you will be guided through a regulating breath work practice, followed by a calming meditation to help you release stress and drop into the present moment. From there you will be guided with hands on instruction through creating your one of a kind Gemstone Sun Catcher. You will have a wide variety of glass prisms, gemstone beads, and charms to choose from to customize your unique design. You will leave with a sense of calm and pride for your beautiful new creation!
