About the event
Join us in our beautiful art studio where you will be guided through a regulating breath work practice, followed by a calming meditation to help you release stress and drop into the present moment. From there you will be guided with hands on instruction through creating your one of a kind Paper Wildflower. Customize your flower with your favorite colors and watch your creativity bloom. You will leave with a sense of calm and pride for your beautiful new creation!
NOTICE BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION
1. We regret to inform you that our studio is not ADA accessible, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Kindly plan accordingly.
2. Cancellation is not permitted within 48 hours of the class.
